When making or receiving a call to or from a CRM contact, a business card view of the contact is presented within Zoho Desk.   Calls made or received are automatically logged in Zoho Desk and can be viewed in the call logs.   Follow-up activities can be added at the end of every call from Zoho DeskConsult transfer not supported.

Notes / Advisories

Not supported on Operator / Attendant clients. Supported on Zoho domains .COM, .EU, .IN and .AU. Cannot be used in conjuction with the Zoho CRM Add-in. Zoho Phonebridge is only supported on Chromium-based browsers. 

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
